Teen who livestreamed San Diego mosque shooting charged with murder

A teenage girl from North Carolina has been charged with murder for livestreaming a shooting at a San Diego mosque. Prosecutors applied aiding-and-abetting charges, which in North Carolina carry the same punishment as committing the crime directly. The girl recorded and broadcast the attack in real time.
