Poland and Sweden reach speedway compromise over foreign appearances limit

European speedway is set for rule changes limiting the number of foreign competitions in which riders can compete. The regulations threatened to seriously affect Sweden, where many riders combine appearances in the Polish and Swedish leagues. Poland and Sweden have reached a joint solution to reconcile the interests of both countries.
