Polish 10-year bond yields top 6% again as debt servicing costs rise
Yields on Polish 10-year government bonds broke above 6% again on Monday, raising debt servicing costs for the finance ministry. PKO BP market strategist Mirosław Budzicki identified the geopolitical situation in the Persian Gulf as the key factor driving the bond market. Higher yields mean Poland must pay more to borrow on financial markets.
