Reguła steps away from Burnley, Borussia Dortmund close to signing him

Marcel Reguła turned down the prospect of joining Burnley FC, unconvinced by the English club's project. Borussia Dortmund have now entered the race and the transfer appears close to being completed. Reguła is a young Polish striker currently playing for Zagłębie Lubin.
