Polish telecoms meet KPO broadband target — Brussels to decide on over PLN 1 billion

Polish telecom operators have reported 544,000 premises covered by broadband networks as of today, slightly exceeding the European Commission's requirements under the National Recovery Plan (KPO). Brussels will now decide whether the companies receive over PLN 1 billion in KPO funding. The outcome is significant as the target's fulfilment was in doubt until recently.
