Telegram's crypto wallet rebrands as Walt as new Gram wallet launches

Telegram has rolled out its self-custodial Gram wallet as the default option in user settings. Simultaneously, the existing Wallet in Telegram service is rebranding under the new name Walt. The changes mark a reorganisation of Telegram's cryptocurrency ecosystem.
