Polish widow's pension rises from 15% to 25% of second benefit from 2027

From 1 January 2027, Poland's Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) will increase the second-benefit payout under the widow's pension from 15% to 25%. The widow's pension allows recipients to combine their own retirement or disability benefit with a survivor's pension from a deceased spouse. The change will apply to all eligible recipients.
