Online fraud victims to get swift refunds under new rules

Proposed rules would ensure that victims of sophisticated online fraud recover their money quickly, without having to fight for it themselves. The responsibility for determining who ultimately bears the cost of the fraud would fall on banks and other professionals, not the victim. The issue was raised amid growing concern over the scale of online scams in Poland.
