Finland: China assured it will stop Russia from using nuclear weapons

Finnish President Alexander Stubb said China has assured Finland it will prevent Russia from escalating the conflict and using nuclear weapons. Stubb noted that Moscow's provocative actions do not necessarily signal preparations for war with NATO. The assurance was reportedly received directly from Beijing.
