Poland's data watchdog opens case against Meta after Brzoska's complaint over fake ads
Poland's Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) has opened administrative proceedings against Meta following a complaint by InPost CEO Rafał Brzoska. Brzoska alleged that his likeness was used without consent in fraudulent advertisements on Meta's platforms. The case is one of the most prominent Polish legal challenges against AI-generated fake advertising.
