South Korea to give citizens free AI access using state-supplied Nvidia B200 chips

South Korea is launching a publicly funded AI service that will be freely available to all citizens. Three consortia will operate the service, sharing up to 512 state-supplied Nvidia B200 chips. Beta testing is scheduled to begin in September.
