Stawy Echo ponds near Zwierzyniec almost dry at end of summer — bed exposed

The Stawy Echo ponds in Zwierzyniec, one of the most popular tourist spots in the Roztocze region, are nearly completely dry in places at the end of the summer holidays. Photos circulating on social media show the exposed pond bed and birds standing where water normally flows. The Roztocze National Park had previously warned of the risk of the ponds drying out entirely.
