Government restores HOA right to ban Airbnb in apartment buildings

The Polish government is set to adopt an amendment on Wednesday restoring the right of housing associations and cooperatives to ban short-term rentals such as Airbnb in residential buildings. The provision had previously been removed from a draft amendment to the hotel services act but will now be reinstated. The cabinet is scheduled to discuss the corrective amendment at its Wednesday session.
