Collegium Humanum scandal: prosecutors seek to lift immunity of five MPs

Polish prosecutors have filed requests to lift the parliamentary immunity of four MPs and one MEP in the Collegium Humanum diploma scandal, according to Rzeczpospolita. Those named include Michał Kołodziejczak and Ewa Leniart, a former deputy agriculture minister and former governor of Podkarpacie voivodeship respectively. The case centres on suspicions of illegally obtained academic degrees.
