Poznań Archdiocese sues 14-year-old girl in property dispute over church land

The Poznań Archdiocese has filed a lawsuit against the Bartoszewski family for occupying a property on church-owned land in the Maltańskie estate without a contract. The lawsuit names not only the couple but also their 14-year-old daughter. The case was reported by Gazeta Wyborcza.
