Lithuanian president: CIA chief's Moscow visit achieved its goals

Lithuanian President Gitanas Nauseda said Monday that CIA Director John Ratcliffe's visit to Moscow achieved its intended goals. Nauseda confirmed he was briefed on the content of the talks but cannot disclose details. He stressed the meeting was not coincidental.
