Poland's commission: "Lake Ontario" remains official despite Trump's rename

US President Donald Trump ordered the renaming of Lake Ontario to Lake America. Poland's Commission for the Standardisation of Geographical Names Outside the Republic of Poland has responded that the official Polish name remains Lake Ontario. Commission secretary Justyna Kacprzak confirmed the stance.
