Wałęsa on 46th anniversary of August Accords: "We must save democracy"

Former Polish President Lech Wałęsa spoke on the 46th anniversary of the August Accords. He admitted that Solidarity was unprepared for its victory and said he had foreseen attempts to undermine it. Wałęsa called for democracy to be defended, stating that what is happening in the world today is its very opposite.
