Łódź infant found with two broken arms and a broken leg — mother detained
Police in Łódź searched multiple addresses for a 31-year-old woman after a former acquaintance reported she may have harmed her child. Officers found the mother and her five-month-old son at a hospital — the infant had both arms and one leg broken. The attending doctor did not believe the mother's explanation for the injuries.
