Cronos blockchain halted after $75M Tectonic exploit

The Cronos blockchain, associated with Crypto.com, was completely halted by validators after the Tectonic DeFi protocol suffered a $75 million exploit. Around $6 million reached the Ethereum blockchain before the chain was frozen. The remaining funds are stranded on the network, which has still not resumed producing blocks.
