Ex-Ukrainian minister offers US a "drone army" in exchange for Patriot missiles

Former Ukrainian Defence Minister Mykhailo Fedorov told the Financial Times he is willing to help the United States build a "drone army" in exchange for supplying Ukraine with missiles for its Patriot air-defence systems. The proposal is strategic in nature and is part of Ukraine's broader effort to secure Western weapons. Fedorov was the architect of Ukraine's drone programme.
