Russia's fuel crisis deepens: one in three litres of petrol missing

Russia's domestic petrol production covers only around 70% of national demand, leaving one in three litres unmet. Drivers are increasingly leaving their cars at home in response to shortages. The fuel crisis in Russia is worsening with no signs of improvement.
