ADAC publishes updated German traffic fines — far higher than in Poland

Germany's ADAC motoring club has published updated traffic fine rates, which are substantially higher than their Polish equivalents. Speeding by 20 km/h outside built-up areas carries a fine of at least €100, while more serious violations can run into thousands of euros. Polish drivers travelling in Germany are urged to familiarise themselves with the new rates.
