Over 20 business groups urge Scotland's Swinney to scrap food price cap plan

More than 20 business organisations have jointly written to Scottish First Minister John Swinney urging him to abandon his proposal for a legal cap on some food and drink prices. The groups argue the plan is ineffective and would harm the industry. Swinney has not yet announced any change of position.
