RCB alert warns of storms and possible power outages in one Polish region

Poland's Government Security Centre (RCB) sent an SMS alert warning of thunderstorms with strong winds and heavy rainfall. The alert was targeted at residents of one voivodeship. The RCB cautioned that power outages are possible as a result of the severe weather.
