Minister Balczun: restructuring state companies does not mean privatisation

State Assets Minister Wojciech Balczun told PAP Biznes that restructuring the state company portfolio could generate significant budget revenues without reducing state control or selling shares outside the public sphere. A key element of the plan is reorganising the shareholder structure of the Polish Armaments Group (PGZ). The ministry aims to improve the efficiency of public asset management.
