El Niño and Brazil supply issues drive global coffee prices sharply higher

Global coffee prices are rising sharply due to the El Niño weather phenomenon disrupting harvests in key producing countries, including Brazil, according to the International Coffee Organization (ICO). Supply problems in Brazil, the world's largest coffee producer, are further pushing prices higher.
