Poland to end liability loophole: new data-processing duties for companies, not small clinics
Deputy Minister of Digitalisation Dariusz Standerski announced legislative changes aimed at eliminating the practice of companies shifting full data-protection liability onto small medical practices acting as data controllers. New regulations are intended to rebalance responsibility between data processors and data controllers.
