Trump confirms US takeover of Venezuelan oil to replenish strategic reserves

US President Donald Trump confirmed that the United States is taking control of a portion of Venezuelan oil reserves. The oil will be used partly to replenish the American Strategic Petroleum Reserve. Trump outlined his plan for making use of the Venezuelan resources.
