MEP Szczerba: Poland's Constitutional Tribunal has ceased to function

Coalition MP and MEP Michał Szczerba told Onet Rano that Poland's Constitutional Tribunal has effectively ceased to function. He called its members "certified idlers" and pointed to the blocking of Sejm-elected judges from taking up their posts. He said the Tribunal is producing no meaningful rulings.
