Putin-linked businessman Ilya Traber freed after murder-for-hire case dropped

Ilya Traber, a businessman considered close to Vladimir Putin, has been released after the case against him was dropped. In June he had been charged alongside fellow businessman Vladimir Danilenko with involvement in organising the murder of a politician from Vyborg. No details about the reasons for dropping the case have been made public.
