Polish developers upbeat: 57% expect higher sales, prices to hold steady

According to the latest Developer Sentiment Index by Tabelaofert, 57.5% of Polish property developers expect higher sales, 37.3% anticipate stability, and only 4.7% foresee a decline. On pricing, 73.8% expect prices to hold, 19.3% predict rises, and 6% expect falls. The data suggests buyers have stopped waiting for price drops and are returning to the market.
