Poland's CPN fuel price cap ends — petrol prices set to rise from Tuesday

Monday 31 August is the final day of Poland's CPN package, which kept VAT on fuels reduced and capped petrol and diesel prices. The current maximums are 6.64 PLN/litre for Pb95, 7.46 PLN/litre for Pb98, and 7.31 PLN/litre for diesel. From Tuesday the caps expire and prices are expected to rise.
