Seven Constitutional Tribunal judges urge government to comply with ECHR ruling

Seven Constitutional Tribunal judges elected in the current parliamentary term have called on Polish authorities to comply "as soon as possible" with a ruling by the European Court of Human Rights. They demand that all judges elected by the Sejm on 13 March 2026 be allowed to adjudicate. The judges described this as "the first step to resolving the crisis" surrounding the Tribunal.
