Mortgage repayment cheaper than rent in all surveyed Polish cities

A Credipass and Metrohouse analysis shows that monthly mortgage repayments with a 20% down payment are now lower than rental costs in all surveyed Polish cities. The biggest gap in favour of buying is in Szczecin at PLN 750 per month, while in Warsaw it stands at PLN 340. However, the advantage does not apply in all individual circumstances.
