Public procurement reform unlikely to end disputes over abnormally low prices

Proposed amendments to Poland's public procurement law aim to reduce disputes over abnormally low bids, but legal experts warn the opposite outcome is also possible. The new provisions still leave room for interpretation and could maintain or even increase the number of such disputes.
