Over 600 Polish municipalities risk building permit freeze from 1 September
Only around 30% of Polish municipalities have adopted the required general spatial development plans, while over 600 have not even published draft plans. From 1 September, municipalities lacking both general and local plans will be unable to issue any building permits, risking a serious investment freeze.
