Kremlin: Putin–Trump–Zelensky summit only possible after prior agreements

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated that a trilateral meeting between the presidents of Russia, the US and Ukraine could only take place after concrete agreements had been reached beforehand. Moscow is thus setting preconditions for any direct summit involving Putin, Trump and Zelensky.
