Djurgården sign Abdulmalik for £1.5m, breaking National League transfer record

Swedish club Djurgården have signed Abdul Abdulmalik from Boreham Wood for an initial fee of £1.5 million, setting a new National League transfer record. The deal surpasses the previous record held by Jamie Vardy, who also came through the non-league system before making it to the top flight.
