Cyprus catamaran disaster: 8 dead, 17 missing, captain arrested

At least 8 people have died following a catamaran disaster off the northern coast of Cyprus. Search operations for 17 missing persons are still ongoing. The vessel's captain and 7 crew members have been arrested.
