Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan hold first trilateral meeting in Istanbul since Mecca pact

Foreign and defence ministers along with military chiefs from Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan are set to meet in Istanbul. It is the first such trilateral gathering since the signing of the Mecca pact. The talks are expected to focus on regional security matters.
