New speedway wheel regulations drive up costs instead of cutting them

New speedway wheel regulations introduced to make the sport cheaper and safer have had the opposite effect, generating a huge burden of testing and rising costs for mechanics and riders. Mechanic Dariusz Sajdak says the rules have "broken years-long working strategies" and caused "massive confusion" in the paddock. The regulations have failed to deliver on their stated goals.
