US deports Afghans and others to Africa in expanding third-country removal push

Over a 10-day period the Trump administration deported more than 100 people from Afghanistan, Cuba and other countries to eight African nations, according to internal government documents obtained by CBS News. The move expands ICE's "third-country" deportation programme, sending migrants to countries that are not their homeland. The policy is part of broader immigration enforcement efforts by the administration.
