Car bomb in Donetsk targets deputy warden accused of Azovstal POW massacre
A car bomb exploded in Russian-occupied Donetsk, targeting Dmitry Neyelov, the deputy warden of the Olenivka penal colony. Neyelov is accused of involvement in the massacre of 56 Ukrainian Azovstal prisoners of war. Kyiv charged him with war crimes earlier this year.
