Catamaran with over 260 passengers capsizes off Cyprus coast
A catamaran-style ferry capsized off Cyprus after departing from the port of Kyrenia (also known as Girne) in the north of the island. The vessel was travelling to the Turkish port of Tasucu with over 260 passengers on board. A rescue operation is underway; no casualty figures have been confirmed.
