Politician and priest charged in fentanyl trafficking and money-laundering ring
The District Prosecutor's Office in Nowy Sącz has filed charges against four people, including a politician from the Limanowa region and a Catholic priest. The case centres on trafficking of powerful opioids, including fentanyl, and money laundering. During the investigation, 17 people were detained and thousands of drug units were seized.
