Irish and Polish courts clash over custody of 7-year-old Hania

A custody battle over seven-year-old Hania has produced conflicting rulings in two countries. Ireland's High Court found there is a serious risk that returning the child to Poland would expose her to physical or psychological harm. The District Court in Tarnowskie Góry, meanwhile, ordered the girl to return to Poland. The case involves allegations of violence, alcohol and drug use.
