EU right-to-repair law: smartphones, washers and TVs easier to fix — Poland awaits rollout
The European Union has adopted rules requiring manufacturers to make it easier and cheaper to repair electronics — including smartphones, washing machines and televisions — rather than replace them. The aim is to reduce electronic waste. Full implementation of the new regulations in Poland is still pending.
