80 years of silence: the atrocities against women at Zieleniak during Warsaw Uprising
During the Warsaw Uprising, the Zieleniak assembly point in the Ochota district was the site of brutal murders of women — a story that remained largely untold for 80 years. Actress Agnieszka Przepiórska, who plays in the theatre production "Ocalenie" (Salvation) dedicated to these events, says: "The worst possible things happened there." The play now brings this long-suppressed history to broader public attention.
