New rail viaducts open in Katowice, easing road traffic in the city

PKP has opened new viaducts in Katowice, built as part of the expansion of the rail line running through the largest city in Silesia. The investment aims to increase capacity on the strategically important railway, improve train operations and raise service frequency. The new infrastructure is also expected to ease road traffic congestion in the city.
